February Student Spotlight: Joslynn Thomas

Joslynn Thomas is a senior at West Harrison High School. Her favorite school subject is
Spanish, because she is constantly learning new things, and Mrs. Palmero is cool.
Joslynn participates in many different extracurricular activities including volleyball,
football and basketball cheerleading, and trap shooting. Her favorite school lunch is
corn dogs, and her least favorite lunch is meatloaf. In Joslynn’s free time, she loves to
sleep, watch American Horror Story, fish, and hang out with family. Joslynn's role model
is her mom. She chose her mom for multiple reasons. One: she is a hard worker and is
passionate about what she does. Two: her mom pushes her to accomplish things.
Some advice from Joslynn to the underclassmen would be: "Your grades count now,
and take a mental health day once a month."
