The State Qualifying Cross Country Meet in Audubon tomorrow has been moved up to 3:00 pm to accommodate the football playoff participant schools.
Today's State Qualifying Cross Country Meet in Audubon has been postponed to Friday at 4:00 pm.
The JH Football game at Ar-We-Va today has been cancelled due to the weather.
Today we celebrate the end of the first quarter!! Our teachers and support staff have done so much this quarter for our West Harrison students. Today we took a moment to show our thanks for their efforts and then went back to working to prepare for the second quarter and parent teacher conferences next week.
Please take a moment to share a thank you with our team, either here or to the individuals you are thinking about. Gratitude gives encouragement and positivity to those giving just as much as those on the receiving end.

This Friday's 2nd round football playoff game is in Remsen against Remsen, St. Mary at 7:00 pm. The game will be aired on KYKY radio 101.3 FM out of Sioux City. Go Hawkeyes!

Tonight's 1st round playoff game vs. Boyer Valley, at home, can be heard on KDSN radio 105 FM. The game starts at 7:00 p.m.
West Harrison is hosting the 1st round football playoff game, against Boyer Valley, Friday, October 16th at 7:00 pm.
Volleyball regional game is Monday, October 19th in Sloan at 7:00 p.m. Come support the girls in their 1st round matchup.

The postponed volleyball game with Woodbine on Monday, Oct. 12th has been cancelled. West Harrison will be hosting Audubon for a volleyball match on Tuesday, Oct. 13th starting at 6:00 pm.
During elementary lessons, elementary students will discuss anti-bullying and how to stand up for our classmates and peers.
It is a beautiful fall day for kindergarteners and reading with Mrs. Stirtz!

Mr. Maasen’s 6th grade PE class had a community service day, picking up trash around the track and football parking lot today!

We need help from home!
We have a high number of students who are coming to school or the bus without a mask. We are running very low on disposable masks AND our adult-size cloth masks at school.
Please send any West Harrison masks (gray with the Hawkeye in the bottom right corner) back to school and ensure your child has a personal mask when they head to school in the morning, either on the bus or in the building.
We are working to avoid students being sent home because they do not have a mask when boarding the bus. We are working to avoid students being sent home becuase we no longer have our cloth masks available due to students wearing them home and not returning them to school.
Please help!
