Hawkeye families,
This is a reminder that we will be releasing students at 1:30 on Monday, March 16 and Tuesday, March 17 for Parent Teacher Conferences. There is NO SCHOOL on Friday, March 20 (as scheduled).
We will have our spring conferences via phone per the recommendations of Governor Reynolds and crowd size.
Parents/guardians were emailed information on Friday and it was posted on our website/social media as well, if you would like to review it.
*Those who have a scheduled conference can expect a call at that time.
*If you would like to speak with a teacher and do not have a conference scheduled, please fill out the form in order to receive a call.

Thank you, all for your understanding as we navigate this new territory. We are basing all decisions made on recommendations from CDC, IPDH, the Department of Education, and Governor Reynolds.
Our plan is and will continue to be to provide a safe, secure education for your students. We love teaching your students and providing their education in a high-quality and safe learning environment. We will continue to do so with whatever challenges we face ahead of us. Thank you for your current and continued understanding. We will continue to communicate and remain transparent in our endeavors in the coming days and weeks.

In light of high volume illness in the school(s) we are asking that parents please review and update your contact information. Please ensure that these contacts are someone who is available and willing to pick up sick children in an effort to help decrease the volume of calls needing to be made to reach someone.
Changes or updates can be made directly on JMC or you may contact Annette Kuhlman in the elementary or Brenda Pape in the middle school/high school. Thank you for your cooperation and help with this.
