Junior High Track Practices start tomorrow, Monday, March 24th for the girls and boys. Be prepared for indoor and outdoor practice gear to start the season!
I hope all of you and your families have had power restored and are well.
We will be able to have school again starting tomorrow. We have power restored in the building and can provide breakfast and lunches. A special thank you to Kathy G, Tony B., Craig B, and Dave K. for the extra time they put in ensuring things are ready for tomorrow. Buses will run normal routes tomorrow.

The High School Academic Banquet and National Honor Society Induction will be postponed to March 27th at 7:00 pm.

On Monday March 10th, Mrs. Bieler's 8th grade students participated in the National History Day competition. The National History Day program encourages student to develop critical thinking, research, and communication skills in the development of their projects. This year's theme Rights and Responsibilities encouraged students to look back in history and think critically about how events have shaped these two connected ideas.
All of the students learned so much this year and we are so proud of all of them. We have 4 students whose projects were noted for their excellence and will advance to the next level of competition in Ames this April. Khloe Smith will be advancing with her paper written on the All American Girls Professional Baseball League and Aiden King, Justin Cooper, and Easton McIntosh will be advancing with their Group Exhibit on Jesse Owens - Running Against the World. Congratulations Hawkeyes!!
