
The Juniors are at it again! We are hitting the season of giving with a popcorn fundraiser from Sugar Makery in Council Bluffs. Popcorn sales will go from Monday, November 6 through Monday, November 20. Popcorn will be delivered on the 28th following our Thanksgiving Break. Please let us know if you would like to purchase some popcorn to help support the 2024 Prom! You can contact a member of the Junior class or Ms. Haag to place your order.

Thanks to the High School Basketball Coaches and Players for putting on a successful youth clinic for our elementary students for 2023. This was a free clinic for K-6 grade and everyone learned a lot of new skills to practice and tons of fun was had by all!

On Friday, November 3 , the high school basketball teams will be putting on youth basketball clinic for anyone interested in basketball in K-6 grade. The clinic will be free of charge and will begin after school and end by 6:00pm tomorrow, Friday November 3. The clinic will be a fun time for the elementary to get to interact with the high school teams and for the high school players to get to know the younger
generation of Hawkeyes. Any questions, please contact Coach Rowdy Evans or Coach Drew Radloff.
**Please have clean tennis shoes for the new gym and be sure to have arrangements for your child to be picked up at 6pm sharp!

West Harrison will be hosting a Youth Basketball Tournament again this year on Saturday, January 6th. The tournament will be for girls and boys ages grades 3rd-8th. Please see tournament registration for more details. Deadline to get signed up is Dec. 15th.



For the first time since 2008 West Harrison is sending 6 cheerleaders to the state cheerleading competition at the Jacobson Building on the fair grounds in Des Moines this Saturday Nov 4th!! Mariah, Devyn, Brooke, Erin, Rylee and Aleah will perform at 11:33am!! Tickets can be purchased at the door. Good Luck Ladies!!

The holidays are coming and the Juniors are planning! Mark your calendars because Breakfast with Santa is scheduled for Saturday, December 9. Breakfast will be a free-will donation with proceeds going towards funding for the 2024 prom: Golden Garden at West Harrison. Come join us for pancakes and eggs from 9-12!
As in the past years, the book fair will also be open for families to browse and purchase books or other goodies. Additionally, this year we will be hosting some local vendors for your holiday shopping needs as well.
