Information for the District Game @ Harlan Tuesday, 2/21 NO Passes or Cash at the Gate! The doors for admission open at 5:30pm. 1) The start time for this game is 6:30 PM. Harlan has another event on campus and this start time will help accommodate spectators. 2) Harlan has parking lots and entrances to the North and South of the HS Gym. Please enter only through the "GYM ENTRANCES" and not the "High School" entrance. 3) West Harrison fans will sit on the WEST side of the gym and E-EHK will sit on the EAST side of the gym. 4) West Harrison students should sit across from their bench (NW corner). E-EHK students shall sit behind their bench (SE corner). Conferences will be next week at West Harrison. These will be held on Monday, February 13th from 2pm-6pm (Boys BB district game @ 7pm) and February 15th from 4pm-8pm. There will be no school on Friday, February 17th. The signup link for pre K - 5th grade have been emailed out to parents. There are also 1:30 early dismissals on the 13th and 15th due to these conferences. Thanks and hope to see you there!

Friday, February 3rd – A Day to Celebrate Good Behavior and Great SOARing Hawkeyes! Along with our weekly winners for the SOARing Hawkeye award, the elementary has also been working on filling a LARGE marble jar in return for a fun celebration. In order to get a marble to add to the jar, students must first earn a SOAR ticket for showing safety, being on task, achieving, and/or showing respect. One ticket equals one marble and when the jar is full the entire elementary is rewarded with a fun surprise. This encourages all students to put forth their best effort to earn tickets. To no surprise, the jar was quickly filled and Mrs. Fonley awarded the PK-5th grade an ice cream party as a PBIS celebration! After the party, the jar did have to be emptied to start back over. We will keep you updated on our next Hawkeye celebration. For now, enjoy some pictures of a sweet afternoon at West Harrison!
